HE is the founder of GIGOLOGY, an independent cultural platform established in İstanbul in 2012, and the creator of SUNDAZE, a long-running gathering format centred on participation, openness and belonging. Since its inception, SUNDAZE has taken place across Istanbul, Beirut, Berlin, Paris and Mexico City.
Through GIGOLOGY, HE has conceived and directed projects including Downtown Festival, ONBOARD, Radiance Festival, Label Series, KULÜP and Gece Yüzmeleri, working across artistic programming, creative direction, audience development, partnerships and production.
His earlier practice includes editorial and audience development roles with the Italian independent publication ZERO, the Italian music and arts festival Club To Club’s Istanbul edition, and the New York–founded Bicycle Film Festival’s İstanbul edition.
Today, his work focuses on developing SUNDAZE.APP as an evolving community and technology ecosystem, while continuing to create independent cultural projects and collaborations across culture, hospitality and social wellbeing.
Across these projects, his practice spans cultural entrepreneurship, experience design, creative direction, audience development and social technology.
